Stationary Engine Catalyst Applications
The clean emissions catalyst for stationary engine applications has been source tested and approved for installation by state, federal and provincial air quality authorities such as the EPA (US and Canada) and CARB. By installing our catalyst on your stationary engine applications you will reduce deadly exhaust emissions such as CO, HC,NOx and PM to levels below current EPA Tier 1,2,3,4 standards. With respect to fuel types our catalyst for stationary applications can be used on diesel, bi-fuel, LPG, gas and natural gas to reduce the complete range of harmful exhaust pollutants.
Primarily we supply our catalyst in the following configurations for genset applications:
| Flanged Catalyst - | Housing and catalyst core completely composed of high-grade stainless steel with matching ANSI/ASA flanges for easier installation on the genset exhaust system. |
| QuickCat Catalyst - | With this design the catalyst housing is permanently installed on the exhaust system. The advantage of this is that individual catalyst elements can be quickly accessed for maintenance or replacement. As emissions standards tighten additional catalyst elements can be added. |
